吴佩慈 is born on 4th of October 1974 in Taiwan but she is a China resident now. She is a model cum singer cum actress. Understandable on her knowing how to speak Chinese, English and Cantonese, she knows how to speak Japanese despite boring and residing in Chinese countries.
